1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TarotLog (tarotlog.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the website following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

TarotLog is an online platform that provides tarot readings, interpretations, journaling tools, and related content for entertainment and informational purposes. The service includes access to digital tarot cards, reading databases, user journaling features, personalized tracking of readings, and educational materials about tarot symbolism and interpretation.

TarotLog operates on a subscription basis, offering members access to premium features, expanded content libraries, advanced analytics, and interactive tools. The service is delivered through our website and associated digital platforms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of TarotLog, you are required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your email address and password.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify TarotLog immediately by contacting our support team at support@tarotlog.com.

You may not use an account belonging to another person without permission. You may not impersonate any person or entity or use false or misleading information in your account profile. TarotLog reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions or engage in abusive behavior toward other users.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use this service. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Fee

TarotLog offers a monthly subscription at the rate of $9.00 per month (USD). Billing occurs on the same day each month based on your subscription start date. You authorize TarotLog to charge your designated payment method automatically on a recurring monthly basis until your subscription is cancelled.

If your payment method fails, TarotLog will attempt to retry the charge. If payment ultimately cannot be processed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access until payment is received.

TarotLog may change the subscription price with thirty (30) days' notice. Your continued use of the service following the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the new rate takes effect.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting the cancellation option, or by contacting our support team at support@tarotlog.com. Cancellation requests are processed immediately upon receipt.

Once cancelled, you will retain access to your account and content through the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months, and you will not be charged again after the cancellation date.

Upon cancellation or account termination, you lose access to all premium features and content. You may download your personal journaling data and reading history within thirty (30) days of cancellation before it becomes unavailable.

4.3 Refund Policy

TarotLog operates on a subscription model with automatic recurring charges. All sales are final and non-refundable once processed. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused subscription time.

If you believe you have been charged in error or if there has been an unauthorized transaction, contact our support team immediately at support@tarotlog.com with documentation of the issue. We will investigate claims of billing errors within fourteen (14) business days. If a billing error is confirmed, we will issue a refund or account credit equal to the amount of the erroneous charge.

Duplicate charges or accidental payments may be refunded at TarotLog's sole discretion. Requests for refund consideration must be submitted within sixty (60) days of the charge date.

Subscription cancellations requested during the billing period do not qualify for refunds of that billing period's charge. Cancellation takes effect upon processing and affects future billing only.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on TarotLog, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of TarotLog or is licensed to TarotLog by third parties. The compilation of all content on this website is the exclusive property of TarotLog and protected by copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use TarotLog solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, contingent upon your subscription. This license does not permit you to download, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or transfer any content.

TarotLog content and materials, including all tarot interpretations, card meanings, reading methodologies, and proprietary algorithms, are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or transmission of any TarotLog material is strictly prohibited.

You retain ownership of your personal journaling entries and reading notes created within your account. However, by storing this content on TarotLog's servers, you grant TarotLog a non-exclusive license to store, display, and analyze your submissions for purposes of service improvement, analytics, and machine learning, subject to our Privacy Policy.

You may not use any automated systems, bots, or scraping tools to access TarotLog content or extract data. Violation of intellectual property rights will result in account termination and may lead to legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

TAROTLOG AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF TAROTLOG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TAROTLOG'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TAROTLOG IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

TAROTLOG IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TAROTLOG DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. TAROTLOG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitations may not apply to you.
